By using GigDough (the website at gigdough.com, the app, and any downloaded copy), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use GigDough.
Estimates only
GigDough is a calculator. Its results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not financial, tax, legal or business advice. Check your own numbers and make your own decisions before booking or paying for a show. You are responsible for decisions you make using GigDough.
Provided as is
GigDough is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GigDough and the people who make it are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of GigDough. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if anything.
Your data
Your estimates belong to you. They're stored on your device, or in your own Google Drive if you use multi-user. You're responsible for keeping backups (use Export, or your Google Drive). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Multi-user
Multi-user uses your own Google account and Google Drive, under Google's terms. You decide who to invite, and anyone you invite can see and change the shared estimates. You can remove people or delete the sheet in Google Drive at any time.
Purchases
- GigDough calculator: free for 14 days, then a one-time payment of $17 unlocks it for good. After the trial, your saved estimates stay visible and Export keeps working; results and saving need the unlock.
- Multi-user: $49 for 12 months, paid by whoever sets it up. It does not renew automatically. If it isn't renewed, the shared sheet stays in that person's Google Drive; only inviting people stops.
- After buying the calculator, you can download your own copy. It works without internet, sign-in or this website.
- You sign in with Google before paying. Signing in with the same Google account unlocks your purchase on your other devices.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us within 30 days.
Fair use
Don't misuse GigDough: no attempts to break it, overload it, or use it to harm others.
Changes and shutdown
We may change or stop GigDough at any time. If we shut it down, we'll try to give notice on gigdough.com. Your estimates stay on your device or in your Google Drive, so you keep them either way. If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top; using GigDough after that means you accept the new terms.
